Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, the CEO of Qatar Airways Group, participated in a momentous occasion alongside FIFA President Gianni Infantino. The signing ceremony marked the one-year anniversary of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The airline announced the extension of its partnership at the award-winning Hamad International Airport. The announcement was made with the airline's Boeing 787-8 and Airbus A350-900 as the backdrop.
The agreement will encompass notable FIFA tournaments, comprising the FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Women's World Cup 2027, and the FIFA World Cup 2030, along with all youth men's and women's tournaments, starting with the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia.
