Qatar National Basketball Team B emerged victorious in the GCC 3x3 Basketball Championship finals by defeating Kuwait's Team A with a score of 18-16 Yesterday, at the Al Gharafa Sports Hall. The tournament, which spanned two days, featured the participation of six teams. Two teams from Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar.
Team B of Qatar claimed the championship title following their exceptional display during the Gulf Championship. They emerged victorious in all four matches played, beginning with the group stage where they triumphed over Oman Team B with a score of 21-19, followed by a 21-12 win against Kuwait Team A. In the semi-finals, they defeated Kuwait Team B by a narrow margin of 21-20.
