Qatar Strongly Condemns Israeli Shelling of Indonesian Hospital in Gaza

The State of Qatar strongly denounces the Israeli shelling of the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza, resulting in the loss of lives and injuries to numerous patients and bystanders. This act of aggression is a continuation of the occupation's pattern of targeting hospitals, schools, and residential areas in the Strip, and a gross violation of international laws and agreements, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar emphasizes the pressing need for establishing an international commission to investigate the Israeli occupation's offenses against civilians in the Gaza Strip. The ministry urges the international community to intervene promptly to discourage further massacres and to ensure adequate protection for over two thousand displaced persons, along with the injured, sick, and medical personnel currently seeking refuge in the area. The Ministry of Qatar affirms its unwavering support to the Republic of Indonesia in all political and legal measures undertaken to address this heinous crime.
