The Al Khor Cultural Center of the Ministry of Culture in Qatar yesterday inaugurated an exhibition of ceramic artworks at the Al Khor Park Hall-Museum Building. The exhibition displays the outcomes of the artistic workshops conducted by the center in 2023. The exhibition features a wide range of ceramic artworks which are considered a gateway to the history and heritage of Qatar. The event will run until December 27.
The primary objective of the exhibition is to foster and develop artistic talents, while also promoting community participation and introducing Qatari culture and heritage to visitors.
Mariam Ali Al Mohannadi, Director of Al Khor Cultural Center, said the exhibition is curated by the Ministry of Culture and exhibits all workshops that have been held during 2023, showcasing Qatari identity and heritage and embodying the community's culture derived from the past.
