With only three weeks left until Asia's grandest football event, fans worldwide can now share their predictions for the upcoming AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023. The Asian Football Confederation has recently introduced the Match Predictor game on the-AFC.com and the AFC LIVE app, enabling fans to participate and possibly win exclusive prizes.
The game enables fans to enter their predictions for all 51 AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 matches, and modify them until the kick-off of each game. During the Knockout Stage, points will be awarded to fans based on the accuracy of their predictions regarding the match outcome and which team scores first.
Participants may gain an advantage in the game by utilizing boosters, which double the points earned from match predictions. Additionally, answering optional bonus questions can further contribute to a participant's point total. The leaderboard will regularly update to display the top scores achieved by participants.
Participants who perform exceptionally well in each matchday will be rewarded with prizes. Moreover, significant prizes will be awarded to the top three performers throughout the competition running from January 12 to February 10, 2024. These prizes include trips to watch their preferred team at the AFC Asian Qualifiers FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualification Round 3 and signed AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 match balls.
