Design For Palestine Exhibition Begins on December 21

Doha, Qatar: Msheireb Properties and the Doha Design District collaborated to organize a contest named "Amplifying Voices of Palestine Through the Power of Design," exhibiting their solidarity with the people of Gaza. Artists from across the globe were extended an invitation to submit their artwork, reflecting the diverse cultural milieu of Palestine. A panel of industry experts, consisting of Msheireb Properties and iGuzzini, meticulously reviewed and selected the most exceptional designs.

Four distinguished designers, Zainab AlShibani, Amanda and Jo Booabbood, Nasser Alkubaisi, and Fatima Abbas, have been invited to showcase their work at the opening exhibition on December 21st. The event will be held at Sikkat Wadi Msheireb in Msheireb Downtown Doha, with their designs being prominently displayed.

"Preserving and protecting cultural identity through visual affirmation is the responsibility of creative industries. We look forward to showcasing the winning designs as a beacon of solidarity and hope”, said Doha Design District's Senior Concept Manager Shaikha Al Sulaiti.

The event is open to the public, and postcards featuring 14 winning designs will be available for purchase. All proceeds from the sale will go towards supporting the people of Gaza through a donation to Education Above All.
