Qatar Airways Unveils 2024 Network Expansion

Qatar Airways has declared its network expansion plan for 2024, including new destinations and resumed services, available for booking prior to the New Year. Passengers can begin planning their summer travel plans for 2024, with the resumption of services to Venice, Italy in June, and the addition of a new destination, Hamburg, Germany, from July onwards. These gateways will serve as conduits for heightened economic and tourism-related pursuits as they establish links with Qatar Airways' acclaimed network, which spans over 170 destinations. Venice is poised to witness a significant uptick in demand from countries like Japan, China, and Australia. Meanwhile, Hamburg's strategic location is ideal for serving as a gateway to South Africa, Thailand, and the Philippines.

Engr. Badr Mohammed Al Meer, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer said, "As this year comes to an end, we are delighted to present our passengers with new and exciting travel opportunities for the year 2024. Starting with our resumption to Venice and an inaugural flight to Hamburg, Qatar Airways and its hub, Hamad International Airport, continues to position itself on the global map as a leading gateway for international travel and connectivity. We look forward to seeing our passengers uncover new experiences and resume flying to their favourite destinations."
