14 athletes to represent Qatar at the 33rd edition of the Summer Olympic Games, which is set to take place from July 26 to August 11, 2024 in Paris.

The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) announced Team Qatar's progress during a press briefing held recently. Mohamed Issa al-Fadala, Director of the Sports Affairs Department at QOC; Mohamed Saeed al-Misnad, the Chef De Mission of the Qatari delegation for the Olympics; and Abdulhadi al-Sahli, the Press Attaché for the Qatar delegation were present at the occasion.

Al-Misnad elaborated on the list of participants, which comprises notable athletes such as Mutaz Essa Barshim, Abdelrahman Samba, Aboubaker Abdulla, Bassem Hameeda, Ismail Dawoud, Ammar Ismail, Saif Mohamed, and Shahad Mohamed in athletics. Additionally, Saeed Abu Sharb and Rashid Saleh al-Adba will compete in shooting, Fares Ibrahim Hassouna in weightlifting, Cherif Younesse and Ahmed Tijan in beach volleyball, and Abdulaziz al-Obaidli in swimming.
