Qatar’s Mutaz Barshim has clinched a spot in the final round of the men’s high jump competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Finishing third in the preliminary round, Barshim soared over three impressive heights: 2.15 meters, 2.20 meters, and 2.27 meters.
Barshim is now gearing up for the final showdown on Saturday. Barshim, who previously secured a silver medal at the London 2012 Olympics and a bronze at Rio de Janeiro 2014, is poised to make history once again on the grand stage of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
