Two Qatari Plane Carrying 27 Tonnes of Relief Aid Arrives in Sudan to Support Flood Victims

Two aircraft belonging to the Qatari Armed Forces have recently landed at Port Sudan Airport in the Republic of Sudan, transporting 27 tons of relief aid and shelter supplies.

This assistance, generously provided by the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and the Qatar Red Crescent Society, is intended to aid those affected by the severe floods in Sudan.

The State of Qatar has consistently demonstrated its commitment to supporting the people of Sudan by establishing an air bridge for delivering essential supplies since May 2023. 

This initiative underlines Qatar's unwavering dedication to the Sudanese people during these challenging times.
