The Lebanese health ministry has reported that Israeli airstrikes in southern regions resulted in the deaths of 100 people and injured more than 400 others. This is the highest casualty count in nearly a year of persistent cross-border clashes.
The ministry's statement emphasized the heartbreaking loss of life, mentioning that among the victims were "children, women, and paramedics."
