The death toll from an Israeli airstrike on a building in Beirut, Lebanon has increased to 31 Among those killed are three children and seven women.
The airstrike took place on Friday, specifically targeting a meeting of commanders from Hezbollah's elite Radwan Force, leading to the deaths of 16 group members.
