Doha, Qatar: FIFA has announced that Doha will be the venue for three matches in the eagerly awaited FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024.
This tournament introduces an innovative format, featuring independent competitions among the champions of six different continental federations.
As stated in FIFA's press release, the opening match of the Intercontinental Cup is scheduled to begin on September 22, with the final match taking place on December 18 in Doha.
This edition will feature a total of five matches, with the first two hosted in the home countries of the competing teams, while the last three will be held in the capital city of Qatar.
