Doha, Qatar: Visit Qatar has partnered with the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) E1 World Championship and the United Development Company (UDC) to host the inaugural Visit Qatar E1 Doha GP on February 21-22, 2025.
The announcement was made at a signing ceremony at the Corinthia Yacht Club on September 30, 2024, attended by key figures including Eng. Abdulaziz Ali Al Mawlawi and Alejandro Agag.
The event will feature the electric race boat, RaceBird, and aims to be a major racing hub in the Middle East, with teams competing for the title of Champions of the Water.
