Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Balloon Festival is returning for its fifth edition from December 12 to 21, 2024, at the southern parking area of Katara Cultural Village, featuring over 50 hot air balloons from 21 countries.
Organized by Safe Flight Solutions in collaboration with Visit Qatar and Katara, the event promises new attractions and family-friendly activities.
Highlights include diverse balloon displays, morning flights, tethered balloon shows, nightglow events, and laser shows. For the first time, attendees can witness on-site balloon construction, culminating in a test flight, along with various family activities such as kite-building workshops, bouncing castles, and food stalls.
