Doha, Qatar: The Umm Salal Winter Festival, under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipality, represented by the Agricultural Affairs Department, and in cooperation with Hassad Food Company, will begin on November 21, 2024, at Umm Salal Central Market.
Running until February 19, 2025, the festival aims to promote local products and provide a marketing platform for local producers during the winter season.
Youse Khalid Al Khulaifi, Director of the Agricultural Affairs Department, highlighted that the festival's goal is to support local farmers, improve product quality, enhance production efficiency, and increase economic returns for farm owners.
