Doha, Qatar: The Minister of Transport, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani, has announced the opening of the new Turquoise line on the Lusail Tram network, which is a significant expansion of the city's public transportation system.
This initiative is part of a broader plan to develop an integrated and efficient public transportation system using advanced technology and sustainable practices.
During the announcement, the Minister, along with HE Dr. Abdulla bin Abdulaziz AlSubaie, toured various stations and facilities, highlighting the Operations Control Center and maintenance facilities' roles in ensuring safe and reliable tram operations for residents and visitors of Lusail City.
